He’s just beautiful!!! 💕 I couldn’t agree more about teens!!! We’re in our 20th year of homeschooling and our oldest is 32, youngest is 12. Our first three children out of 5 are adults and on their own. I really enjoy the teen years, seeing them turn into capable, interesting, amazing adults is so wonderful. I believe much of this dynamic is from the family closeness that homeschooling brought to our family. Then, they get married and you have more kids! Then the grand babies come (we have 6 so far)! It was hard when my first three moved out because I enjoyed them so much but the new stage brought so much joy and new family members to love! Our oldest grand child is 2 years younger than our youngest. It has been so fun to be raising kids as my adult children are raising kids. (They’re homeschooling too!) Loved the video. Thank you! 💗

I was in my mom's bedroom until age 1, until I could walk basically. The nurses tried to tell my mom that I needed to sleep separately a few months after birth, but my mom threw them out. In my country you get nurses at home to "check" whether or not you are taking proper care of baby. It's not obligatory but they provide that service, and especially for new moms, with tips and all sorts of help. My mom threw her out as soon as they tried to impose their will on her. My mom comes from a family of 10 kids. She knew about babies! LOL

You be sure to take your time healing. Your body needs a rest. Don’t rush yourself. The beauty of a large family is the circle of life. Your kids are getting the best parenting classes. We had 8 children and raised two grands. Our olders learned from watching us with the youngers and the youngers learn from watching the older begin their families. Our kids are outstanding parents. It’s a beautiful thing…. Parenting is taken for granted but unfortunately many of the younger generations have no idea where to begin. They learn as they go. That’s not always a good situation. Ok…I’m off my soap box…lol😊😊😊

I often tell new mothers that the toddler you raise today is the teenager you have tomorrow. In other words if you begin teaching your toddlers to respect, obey and how to work hard then that is the teenager you will have. If you teach the toddler to be a baby and just have fun then that is the teenager you will have.

This was super encouraging! I am expecting our 8th baby and right now it’s rough because 5 of them are 5 and under! The oldest is 12yo…I always try to remind myself that as God sends you more babies, the other ones are growing too. And one day, hopefully, we will all work as a team in the busyness of life as a large family. It’s nice to hear it’s not just a dream hahaha. May God bless you!

I remember that good energy after having my last one. I was getting scolded to sit down and rest. Well when we've gone so long without feeling that energy, we just wanna make it useful. I started bleeding really heavily and was forced back to the couch or my bed. 😂🤣 I think you look fabulous even if you're tired. Having this many kid's is a blessing. They will grow old being this tight knit. Our 14 year old son is my blessing with my 2 young ones.

I am so happy y'all are doing well! I agree about teens. I've got 2 kids in their 20s, one will be joining them in March. I've got 3 teenagers(until March), and one who will turn 13 in November. I LOVE having teenagers. Our oldest 2 were absolutely wonderful with their younger siblings. My husband's job keeps him busy for extended work days often. It was tough with those first 2 babies. By the time the last baby got here, the first 2 were pros and loved taking care of their younger siblings. They are all great friends, too. God bless you and your family. ❤️

Zinc is a good white blood cell builder too. Thyme is really good for killing viruses in the blood stream for two days. Bennie is so cute! Another thing is lemon balm helps the body hold on to b-12 - I learned this from medical medium

I agree with you on the teenage story, and I also recall people telling me to wait until my beautiful and well behaving children be teenagers…. I smiled. And they became the teenagers they were meant to be: fun, kind, helpful, brilliant, blooming in wonderful human beings. I was like you thinking : is it a way I could love them more than those little adorable persons ? (Yes, it is a constant discovery) Every single age brings so much fulfillment and happiness in our Moms heart. And as many, I am convinced that the teenagers are the way we have raised them until then. It is then going to slowly move to a fantastic bond and adult relationship that nobody else can replace. Some people unfortunately, in place of learning and trying to educate best, just “warn” you how bad it will be, secretly denying that they indeed did something wrong themselves (of course, they won t take responsibility for it and wish a same bad income for you). This little precious baby is a gift, a little miracle of life. He came in good hands. May you all be blessed

Handsome boy!!! I think a key element to your lifestyle is the simplicity of it all. You’re not having to chase kids out the door to school. You have them there all day and if needed you can omit school for the day when there are more important moments you need to focus on. Your sweet family is such a joy to watch. The teenage years can absolutely be the best. Our children did an early morning scripture class during high school and those early morning hours sharing breakfast and experiences I will always treasure.

We had our air and water tested before we came back home, so I feel safe-ish for now, but I have no idea what the long term plan is or if we should look into moving. It’s all so overwhelming.
