I really liked these exercises. I am 7 weeks postpartum and I worked out a lot before pregnancy. Physical activity started to get really hard, especially in third trimester. I was in a lot of pain in my groin, back, and legs. After giving birth, I noticed how weak I got, especially in my abdominal area and in between my groin area. I am still struggling to get up after sitting on the floor. I am trying to slowly get back into physical activity and movement. I like that these exercises are low impact. I also really liked the postnatal quote because I could really relate to it.

I had to get a cerclage at 22 weeks and was put on modified bed rest. I went the rest of the pregnancy without working out. I’m currently 2 months postpartum and this is so helpful at easing my body back into physical activity after a rough journey. Thanks so much Jessica❤

Love the diastasis recti workouts! I have been doing them in order on the playlist since about 6-7 weeks post partum. I'm 14 weeks post partum. I started with a 3.5 finger gap and now I'm at a 2 finger gap. It would be very helpful if the videos on the playlist were in ascending order from easiest to more difficult workouts. Awesome videos! This is video number 43 :)

I followed your exercises throughout my pregnancy, I felt so strong and was back to my pre pregnancy weight 1 week postpartum. 2 weeks postpartum now and it feels great to start with your workouts again.

I never been regular with my exercises, on and off, but during pregnancy followed your channel till delivery and started off 2 weeks after delivery. It helped me a lot, both physically and psychologically, even though I am not very fit and sometimes lazy to do the practices... Now 6 months postpartum Im trying to get fit and lose the belly, thank you! Is there a March challenge or something? Need some discipline while baby is asleep, haha

Another good channel is Yoga with Allie Van Fossen. Only mentioning her here because it's not a replacement at all for this channel, but she has a great yoga "boot camp" that conditions the body for yoga. I always do it when I fall out of practice.

I really enjoyed this workout after 16 months postpartum and very minimal excercise. Only feedback is the music was really distracting from the whole experience. Sometimes I could barely hear you. Other than that, thank you for a great workout! 👍

Looks fun, I'm almost six weeks, just waiting on my appointment before diving back into my workouts. I was wondering what mild to moderate diastasis recti means? I'm a little less than two fingers, but I definitely feel weak in my lower abdominals, below belly button line.
