I just wanted to let you know I started doing your workouts the end of February being 9 month’s postpartum and in May I lost 20lbs !! Thank you so much for this ! Moms just keep being consistent and the results will show I promise ! I can fit my pre pregnancy jeans again!

Hi Jessica! I finally had my beautiful baby girl 🌺. She is now 21 days old and I am 3 weeks postpartum and ready to get back into your workouts! I must share how following your pregnancy /prenatal workouts over the last 9 months allowed for me to have a natural labor and delivery, which only last 4 hours. I also sustained no perineal tearing🤗. Your channel is such am inspiration and you are a blessing to all us Mums and mums-to-be! May your channel attract a higher following over 2023! Love you lots

I always love your workouts. I wonder if you could do one focusing on strengthening and stretching the lower back for carrying baby, and perhaps help with the horrible posture I now have from sticking my belly out to support my baby. I've lost my baby weight but it's hard holding him without curving my lower back to support him.

I LOVED this workout! It felt so good! and I loved the reggae music that you used on this video. Also I have been sharing your videos to my pregnant friends, I swear that your video on getting baby into the proper position is why I had such a good delivery with #5 and I just feel better after these. I would prefer music that I don’t know and that is instrumental so I don’t get distracted by the lyrics. In this regards, I would personally avoid commercial hits like the first tracks in this video, and I would opt for instrumental music like you mostly do! 🥰
