I used to race with his mechanic Skip and his brother dale I believe their family owned Cycle5 in Maryland. That was in the early 80s. Skip raced out of district 7 and I was in 13. Tracks like white oak, budds creek, aquasco, Englishtown in New Jersey. Fun times. Skip and his brother were no slouches they were pretty quick. Always ride KX 125s and KX 250s. Like I said I think Cycle 5 Kawasaki dealership in Maryland was their family business

This was really cool hearing from Jack McGrath cause he always seem like a pretty cool MX dad and a good guy judging by his reactions over the years at the races interesting stuff,very interesting,I like the Christmas YZ story,I guess Santa didn't leave a note,like he does in the colder areas,hes more relaxed if there is lots of snow on the ground while he working,we got that in the northeast most of the time,good story ,pretty outstanding his results in his first race on dirt bike,wow...

Yes most incredible,part of the story is the hard cold facts that not to many riders.great 125 guys.never seem to flow right on to the 250 bike change,not right off the bat,so that's most impressive factor...kudos dawg...

Yeah seriously ain't no fluke,Mac,its really amazing how impressive winning is,because there is so much talent and little things that have to go right,and for someone to win and really win consistently,people don't realize how awsum a feet that is they here the word streak or record breaking run and hype that goes along.but they don't grasp how the stars have to a line for that to happen twice,let alone six times out of six races...just go back over the last ten years and see the talent and where the wins were spread to...

I been riding dirtbikes,for 40 years ,and that whip on that's peak 125,and that look in the air,styling say it all wow,I saw quite a few of those team peak races because I had just started racing motocross myself at excactly the same time,and was a little confused because all the peak guys where quad topletts and I wasn't sure who was who,and the 125 SX east and west coast teams didn't help me follow this rider or that one and they were all doing pretty good,stand outs,it wasn't till Mac got on a Honda team,red bike that I started watching my supercross competition,still believing the whole time I don't care how good he is,I will still beat him...hah,then I see him ride live in person,and start to think,Bradshaw,Emig,Mac,okay may be fourth place ain't so bad,the number #4 on my bike,I can live with that,I lead a race or so for how long,these are my main guys,in supercross that I have to deal with,hah,wait on a stock bike,forget it I'm done...thank you very much,next...

Yes I agree with Jeremy about RC goat title I just don't like the idea of a goat be associated with Ricky I think he's better than that,everybody these days is all about texting and acronyms,it's pretty lame,no you can thing your cool,but your a wanker,ricky is the greatest rider of all time,sorry Mac,but I don't like the goat part of it,he ain't from one of those country's where they have a lot of goats.he ain't from the mountains,is he no,and that's where you find goats,so there,I'm still thinking...ok I guess the G O A T thing is gonna stick for now,argh...people....ahhh.live it.out.
