15 Minutes Easy Bread Recipe! Anyone can make this potato bread! No oven, fast and tasty recipe.
Bread recipe ingredients:
1 cup of all-purpose flour (120 grams)
Salt to taste
2.5 fluid ounces of water (80 milliliters)
1 tablespoon of oil
2 potatoes, weighing 7 ounces (200 grams)
Half an onion
1 garlic clove
A bit of hot red pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
Some coriander
The cup I used is 200 milliliters.

In northern India we call it aaloo ka parantha . We make it a wee bit more spicy and use wheat flour . This a a breakfast dish in most families and we eat it with curd and pickles (usually a mango pickle ) . 😋
