Today, I'm thrilled to share a mouthwatering recipe for the most delicious potato flatbreads that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Begin by cutting 12.5 ounces of potatoes into cubes (360 grams) and cooking them in a pot with 20 fluid ounces of water (600 ml) for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix 3.5 fl oz warm water (100 ml) and 3.5 fl oz warm milk (100 ml). Add 1 tbsp white sugar and 1 tsp active dry yeast, then wait for 5 minutes. Combine 10.5 ounces of all-purpose or bread flour (300 grams) and 1/2 tsp salt with the yeast mixture, and knead in 1 tbsp olive oil until the dough is smooth. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Drain the water from the potatoes and mix them with 2 tsp unsalted butter and salt to taste. After dividing both the dough and mashed potatoes into 8 parts, shape each dough piece into a ball and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Grate 3 ounces of cheddar cheese (80 grams). Take a portion of mashed potato, shape it into a ball, create a divot, add shredded cheddar, wrap and repeat. Roll the dough flat, place a potato ball in the center, and wrap the dough around it. Flatten gently. In a heated pan with a bit of oil, cook the flatbreads for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat until done. Keep them covered for extra softness! Receipt looks delicious I'm watching from New York. Is this receipt the same has I have seen with Chinese elder using to make a hamburger? When they cut open it's really soft inside and they add eggs and lettuce. It looks the same on the outside the only difference is the cut to open like a bread.

@emily--m Next year, KZbin will allow you to upload separate audio for each country, so I want people not to have to read the text, but just listen to the speech they know in their native language. Therefore, I decided to do some tests to be ready and understand how to technically arrange all this. I will be glad for any advice and suggestions! 🤗 Of course, I didn’t expect that everything would work out perfectly the first time, I might have to change the voice and accent of pronunciation, but I think I can cope with this task.
