Potato Roast | Aloo Roast - Vegetarian
This is my version of South Indian style Potato Roast, This dish comes together with minimal ingredients, that too the ones which are usually available in our pantry.
It is quick, easy to prepare and tastes yum. The potato roast makes a great side dish to be served along with some simple dal, sambar and steamed rice. You can serve it with some roties as well. I have added grated coconut to this recipes. We mangaloreans like to use coconut in everything and everything.
List of Ingredients
300 gms baby potatoes
Curry leaves
2 tbsp grated coconut
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
Oil as required
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp asofetedia / hing
