Ingredients
5 large potatoes
3 eggs
1 red bell pepper diced
1 small onion
1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of ÉPIS (or 1 teaspoon of adobo)
Salt and pepper to taste
