- 6 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Cooked ham to taste
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper

- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes
- Salad leaves
- 1 tablespoon of seed mix
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Hey I make the same potatoes!! Sometimes for breakfast and I add scrambled eggs to it, and sometimes for dinner and I add garlic, then make a tomato salsa separately to put on the top!! Yours looks just as delicious!!
