Tagging is the main problem in 3v3, and would be fixed by three healthbars, yeah. Even if both players want to tag doing so is punishable, but actually doing the tag lets you 2v1 the opposing main fighter. Other than that it's pretty cool, being an assist is alright and you definitely feel like you're helping, but being the main fighter is the most fun (lucky me, nobody else in any of the teams I played on wanted to be the main fighter). I actually achieved a 100% winrate in the beta as Johnny, and it feels simultaneously like a refreshing change of pace and like the intensity was cranked up to 11 when you're the main fighter. You can jump in for basically free thanks to assists, and it allows for insanely tough high stakes mixups (the same kind Johnny normally specializes in, so I _really_ enjoyed my time with the mode). All in all, it's a much more fast paced experience that's far heavier on offense than normal.

I clicked cuz of the title, and stayed for creativity. 3v3 is a mess, its like one of those modes you play for an hrand a half each week and just turn yer brain off for. you cant tag unless both people consent so you can have randoms just hog all the playtime. if you get over stimulated by a bunch of stuff happening on the screen all at once then this aint somethin to play.
