Yes, a built in screen would be great. Eliminate phone related problems. It also needs to be able to take wind. If this is to compete with DJI, they need to have a lower price, otherwise, why would people pass up a DJI for this?

DJI and Potensic reminds me of Apple and Android. Perfectly good Androids are all dismissed by Apple Fanboys. A competitively priced Potensic literally hundred pounds cheaper is written off by DJI fanboys. At least Potensic have an App that's in the playstore. Having to sideload an app is very poor from DJI given cost. That's my two pence. 😅

Great comment, 👍 that's how I look at it. That's a big red flag that you can't download the dji app via the playstore- Google can't trust it, so it could well be spying on us all! I really hope potensic bring out the Atom 2 soon'

If I were them, the only thing I'd include is a 1/1.3. they'll be undercutting the Dji mini 3 and still provide a pretty raw experience

As long as they keep the price right down, id be happy with half of that. Lets see what they bring out onto the market next. They also need to keep updating the software for the Atom 3 axis...ive noticed that they havent done that lately

Potensic are making some great drones now 👍, i have the DJI Mini 3 and its a fantastic drone for the price, especially as i got it cheap second hand.

I'm having issues with my drone when I pair it to the controller is in red it's telling me if something about the battery not leaking to the flight controller I don't know what that means it took a nasty tumble earlier and hit a tree and when it came down hit the ground pretty hard and it never came back on it connects to the controller but the light on the back of the drone is red I reached out to potensic they want me to film the drone take pictures and all this nonsense just for them to repair it does anybody know what that means

Sorry I can't help you, sound's like something is broken inside the drone. Potensic after sales seems good they should sort you out hopefully 👍

All good points Robin. Agreed With you on: 1. Larger sensor 2 Improved controller 3 Firmware update to enable improved features - who doesn’t love a great panoramic shot??? 4 ND filters - but that’s more third party than manufacturer. 5 Drop the price 😮

Well, it looks like they have lowered the price on their newest drone, the Atom LT $200 But... No gimbal 😒 Only 2.5k video resolution And reduced video transmission range from 6km to 4km The battery does look good though 40 min run time apparently 😀

It's a good idea to lower the price for newcomers, but it has no gimbal 😔 On top of that, it's still got the small 1/3 sensor that this time is going to be cropped into for the "shake vanish" to work 😔 And the video bit rate is just 12Mbps! Abysmal I sound like a drone stob ha ha

I would love to see them introduce more accessories like coloured body shells (eg a bright orange/yellow to aid visibility and silent props ..perhaps keep the existing controller but add a upgraded controller with programmable buttons so you can fast access functions you use…. A spot light might be useful too

Oh I'm excited to see a new and more features of atom pro. I want to add that they must use ACU sync feature like DJI mini 2 and obstacle avoidance front rear and back and bottom. And more Rick steady stabelize cameras with witlder footage.stronger motors and more distance and altitude like faith mini with 800meters altitude and a range of even just like the mini2 SE of DJI.😍😍😍
