Replacing one problem of Tenants who can't pay Rent is not a Landlord's problem; that's the City and State's problem who receive Millions of Dollars in Our Taxes as Our Employees who get paid to be Responsible and Accountable to handle these kinds of Problems. Homeowners are simply engaging in legitimate "Business" transactions with Prospective Business Partners - Income-earning Tenants. If the Rent is too high for anyone willing to engage in Business, then the Rent is simply reduced until a Tenant who earns sufficient income accepts the mutual interest to sign the Rental Agreement Contract.

I think that this whole pandemic and its effects that we're seeing right now not just in the U.S but across the world is paving the way for something bigger in a matter of 5-10 years if this keeps continuing. And my thought is that this where the New World order (NWO) will come into play. Mass population control and surveillance through the implantation of microchips and isolates those that are sick and infected away from the rest of society and allowing us to basically do anything that we take for granted in society like buying food in our supermarkets and do all sorts of other business. And that's where the Book of Revelations from the Bible is involved which tells us to be watchful of these things and to not take the Mark of the Beast which will be likely be inscripted in those microchips that will be used to insert into people in order to control us. A Kd if the landlord does not get paid then the landlord will have to cover the renters expenses. Therefore the landlord will go broke and then both the landlord and renter will be homeless. So, all these renters who are taking advantage of this situation are technically stealing from the landlords!! It’s like you go to dinner with someone and they claim to be able to pay for there meal. I am all for freezing rent ONLY if at the same time government also waive property tax and mortgage for the landlords. It's not like after the last housing crash companies severely cut down. No more benefits. Just contract workers. Wages stagnating in comparison to living costs. Or maybe the fact that the US economy is 70% OR MORE driven by CONSUMING. If everyone saved as much as they could the US economy would drop. What do you think the bailouts were this year? Handing over TRILLIONS to the 1% so they would spend and how did that turn out? Because the 1% don't spend a significant amount compared to regular people!!! And the people who actually drive the economy didn't even get a stimulus to last a month.

@WHATS YOURSOC I used to work in the oilfield until May when me, my wife and most people I ever worked with got laid off. Hundreds of thousands of hard working people from the oilfield have lost their jobs permanently and now have to transition to new fields which is hard enough when the economy isnt in a recession.

People give nothing of themselves to God and then think he is fulfilling wishes. And we can't financially pay him off either. We are not under the Mosiac law. He is not asking for tithing. He doesn't promise to make us financially rich. He asks us to follow the exact model his Son left. And also do his will his way. But people don't bother to find out what it is. They decide what they think it is. We all have talents, but he is not asking us to use them to better Satan's world. Here is all he asks, John 17:3, John 13:34,35. Matthew 22:37-40. Ecclesiastes 12:13,14. Matthew 28:19,20. Matthew 24:14. Roman's 10:13-15. If we fulfill those scriptures we will have a relationship with him. We can not buy our way to salvation. That is from the heart and what we give cheerfully to support the work listed in those scriptures. Not everyone can give the same. It is what is in the heart.

Burlington, NC- Our family of 7 is being evicted next week. We PAY our rent on time and in full every month. Government needs to literally HALT evictions for a year while people figure stuff out. We would move but there is a CRITICAL affordable housing shortage. How in the freak would making 10,000+ families homeless (just in NC) make the world any safer??! Our landlord is trying to flip our house and has no compassion. Our five adult kids had their universities shuttered and had to quit jobs because we dont know where we are going to live. We have asked property managers, realtors, churches, NC 211, librarians, gas station cashiers, Walmart employees and people on the street- THERE ARENT ANY RENTALS...UGH!
