potential season ending crash....x-rays and crash at the end

I was testing the KTM on the pipeline by my house. I had just installed a re-flashed Vortex ECU, rebuilt the front forks (Lucky Carbon conversion was already installed), and re-set the WP XACT PRO Supertrax shock clickers back to standard. I also wanted to try out the GPS overlay data. I needed to get the suspension dialed in and see if the Vortex made a differance (it does!). I did get the clickers dialed in pretty close before the crash. I may be out for the season, but hopefully will only miss 2 of the last 4 races and stay in the hunt for the championship. I crashed on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and will have to wait until the following week for surgery.

Man, I'm sorry about your injury! I had that same injury when I was in my twenties, a long time ago. I never had any surgery and I still have that hump on my shoulder. I hope you heal up quick Chris! I'll be praying about it.

I went 40 years without a broken bone, got all puffed up with pride and thinking I was so good at riding....Jesus slapped me down one day with 8 broken ribs, collar bone, punctured lung and a few days in the hospital. I got rid of my pride and ego after that.👍 Heal up and may he keep you safe

The ghost appears! Good to hear from you, Louis. I hope you are healing well too! It looks like a plate to me as well, even though I am just a layman...CJ had one 10 or so years ago from a race crash and he still can't wear a neck brace because it irritates the screws in there. I was hoping to be out 6 or 7 weeks, but you are the professional and I think you are right. But hey, I got the bike dialed in pretty good! CJ will probably finish SECCA on the KTM and ride his new Beta in SERA.

most definitely! I hope to be back this year, but we shall see. surgery is today (9/7). I will still be there with CJ and the boys even if I can"t ride. Thanks.
