Cool to see the original Bose Aviation Headsets again! Did they have the clear panels on the back so you could gawk at the circuits? I loved that.

Sigh. I wonder what happened to the prototype that was installed in the mid-seventies at KHEF . . .used low power passive radar and actually provided sequencing in the pattern! Loved it, but it apparently never went beyond the prototype stage.

As a FAA ATSS i like this the current AWOS systems are well... poorly made and about 20 years out of date.

so I have to fly takeoff and landing on every big airport, due this Micro Tower are not capable for deaf person to fly in the area. we use radio texting.
