I hope you have great luck with the garden this year! Remember to find that black ground cover stuff for your beds won't be so weedy and you can get around in the garden harvesting! I'm not going to put a garden in this year again. It's just more than i can handle with all the other stuff i have to accomplish this year. I will be doing some canning this year! I'm almost out of green beans! Have to find a tree trimmer and get someone out here to remodel the bathroom before the toilet falls through to the basement! I'll have to find someone to do the yard also because i don't think i can handle it. It just about killed me the few times i did it last year. So thankful for the neighbors helping me out!

I have leftover simple syrup what would you suggest water bath or pressure canning and for how long

Water bath for 15 minutes if the syrup is hot going into the jars. 35 If cold. Pin or Quart.

Oh bummer. The pineapple seed was fresh. We keep our seeds in the refrigerator. That way they are at a constant temperature and will be viable for years.

I’ve never eaten much spam. Not a fan of spam. I have eaten it. My Dad bought that velveeta which I don’t like and processed sliced cheese which I don’t like. He bought spam I think. It’s been so long since I’ve bought it.
