Seeing that puppy do the stairs reminds me of a dog we had. We have a half wall separating our kitchen from a dining area she would always back out of that area instead of turning around.

What do you recommend for your families the first night home? A crate in bedroom or another room or something else all together?

So each puppy is different. We would probably do it in a separate room. But I’ve seen great results with it by the bed. What ever you try. Use that method for a couple of days. They have to get used to it.

How long do they eat soft kibble before you move them to hard? I tried reducing the water content down for my pups but they weren’t keen. Decided to try again in a day or two….

Do two bowls! One with the soft and one with the hard. See if there’s any takers. Sometimes I soften for 2 weeks.

I use bleach with it. And the most sanitary cycle I can! So hot hot water! I have never had any smell. But we have separate washer and dryers.

When you have so many puppies do you ever give them more space,make their pens larger?

Yes we can make it as big as we need too. But more importantly we give them more and more play time outside their pen. They are resting when they are in there! Or eating/drinking.

I’m not a breeder but fostering 9 American bull / Staffordshire terriers theory training has been a struggle mine are 4 weeks and just starting gruel - I really need help , this potty trays seem to big for my pups, your pup pups are so adorable , mine all have short hair

The trays can be modified , put a cookie cooling rack on top, just to get them used to walking on it and in no time they’ll start getting it down pat! Then you can remove the extra rack.

The areas don’t look big enough for all 10 puppies, can they sleep comfortably?

They definitely can sleep. It’s important to do tons of play time outside of the area. But they all sleep in a pile. And they also reduce the trays weekly. Already they are onto 3 trays. So it opens up.
