Hey Darnell, was thinking, what would it taste like if you sliced your loaf down the middle so have a top & a bottom,then add frozen strawberries the kind with the syrup or juice in it, put it back together like a 2 layered cake,then add a more strawberries on the top with a whipped cream border...strawberries with whipped cream on a pound cake,.. Your pond cake looked really awesome there indeed, thanx for your class...

In Canada it costs over $500, however I rationalized my purchase by saying keto bread is almost $10 at Costco and taste and texture makes it difficult to enjoy. The keto bread I make in my new zoji is delish! Thank you Deidre for the recipe. So like real bread. Keeping a tally of how many loaves were made. I bought the zoji earlier this month and yesterday I made 5th loaf of bread.

Just curious…my book said to scrape down the ingredients after the ‘add beeps’ sound…..did you need to do this or did you just throw it in and let it do its thing?

"stirring" isn't sifting, take a mesh sieve and put through that, it gives a light texture

Mostly bread maker cake wont cooked completely, need to add more baking time. Just go to setting and choose Bake, it always give a better result if adding only on light crust.

Before this _CCP Virus_ hit you could get it for less than $300. It has always been arguably the most expensive bread maker on the market. But after the virus hit they sold out. So, there are just resellers offering them now for whatever they hope to get.

Go hit the 2nd hand shops and yard sales also watch Craigslist and fb market place..I bought mine for 3 dollars at a thrift shop on half off kitchen appliance day and it hadn't been used and had the user manual and recipe book.. people lose interest in small appliances or need to move out of state and don't want the hassle of taking them..be patient and the good deal will find you 👍
