ice cube hint, empty intop kitchen towel, wrap it. get a solid hard object like a hammer, and start waking it. the kitchen towell will maintain it doesnt go everywhere. then unload back into tub

Maybe its because this coffee beans work better with less grams

Also different coffees have different densities sometimes you can only fit 16 or 17g in an 18g basket
