That's chai leaves (mixed spices) for the menu "Chai latte". We brew it few minutes and steam together with milk. It's one of the popular non coffee drinks in Australia.

Мне одной на это больно смотреть ? Я понимаю , что работа на поток , но блин , положение паровика неправильное , зона гостя на чашках и стаканах..... Корица это вообще жесть , зачем так много еще и сверху .....

Everything in the vdo was alright. Otherwise I'm not gonna post. If the position of the steam wand wasn't correct, then no way I could do latte art from that milk.
