Cinnamon buns are the bane of my existence. I have been baking them for 10 years and it is probably the one item that I am always nervous about making. I have tried several recipes over the years but have been making Joshua Weisman's recently (recipe in link below).
The only difference here is that I did not have muscovado sugar so I just filled in that quantity with additional brown sugar. The yeast took awhile to get going so I ended up baking this well into the night (you can notice the change in lighting). Anyway, these were warm and delicious, a real labor of love to make these for those who want them.
