That’s two of the most comforting comfort-food types: Chinese fried rice with egg rolls and a Roast dinner! I would have liked to have seen the full Roast spread. During prep time it looked like he was making individual Yorkshire puddings. Yum!

It’s my guess that he enjoys both equally, but for different reasons: during prep time he gets to focus without interruption, and when serving he gets the enjoyment of interacting with the customers.

I am curious if it would be more efficient if you had fried up a large batch of fried rice and have different versions of meats....in other words you will have a tray of chicken fried rice, one for turkey fried rice and one for maybe ham, beef ? You would save a lot of time and repetition doing this. You might even have the diners serve themselves. But your cooking skills are just incredibly efficient.
@MrT20222 жыл бұрын
Thank you, In a way it would be a lot more efficient, but that would be a buffet. I assamble the dishes to order, the customers can tweak it to their liking 👌😉👍
