this is why the waitress deserves the 15$ tip. Chefs do nothing.

flip flop it, server does chef job, chef does servers job. guaranteed failed business do to -10/10 food, and 5/10 service. Chefs should be paid 400% more than servers. Or get 60% of their tips. When it comes down to it, if the chef doesn't do their job the server has no tip. Egg before the chicken.

Tipping isn't really a thing outside of America and maybe Canada. Europeans generally don't tip but might leave a Euro or two on the table for exceptional service beyond what's expected. In Asia I think it's considered offensive to tip.
