Quick question. After every cook, do the pans get washed out continuously? Also I see a lot of residue of the gravy after it is poured - does that count as waste? I love your content :)

Yes the pans get washed straight after each serving. Sometimes there is sauce left over from the dish which we either discard or if the staff are feeling a bit hungry then they'll pour it into a container and eat it with rice or nan bread 😃
