What does the gravy consist of?

Mainly onions and a few other veggies like potato, peppers & carrots. Also there is spices such as Cumin, Coriander & garam masala 🙂

The service sauce is a spiced base sauce mainly consisting of onion-tomato masala. It helps create the dishes in half the time 🙂
