exactly. it feels fair when a ball is rolling you because it takes a lot of skill, techs, positioning, etc to get huge value. As opposed to pharah which is just turn your brain off and spam rockets with your little mercy pocket.

IMO this is why the armour revert is silly. It'll always be really hard to balance if it behaves differently for things like pharah rockets and tracer bullets. I remember what happened back in the day with a bunker comp with torb armour packs, then rally and how it dumpstered heroes like Tracer. Having a flat damage reduction on all damage is so much more easy to understand and balance from my POV.

The cool down one is actually good for ball, because if u get below 50 percent health all ur cooldowns double their speed so u get shit such as 4 second slam 7 second adaptive shields, etc.
