Haha the auto-play KZbin makes me surprise by suddenly hearing lots of people talking around in this video. The sound is so realistic. I just listened to music immediately before.

Great content 👌. Love the attention to detail. I was wondering if Connor has his own shop or just works in random cafes?

Love your content Connor and once I found these I binge watched as I find them inspiring and relaxing. I worked briefly in a coffee shop and so can appreciate your patience with so many combinations of drinks to cope with let alone how you switch locations with such ease and professionalism. I have one questions as I only drink plant based milk and can’t have most oat milks as I’m gluten free. You asked about the Rude Health soya for steaming and late art and your colleague replied it’s better than alpro but …. Is the best. Sadly I didn’t catch what he said was he best in his opinion. I opt to have soya when out but it can be tricky I know and even at home is subject to splitting. I would appreciate your guidance. Look forward to the next upload and Keep Smiling as your chirpy manner and amazing drinks will never be un appreciated by your customers and viewers. :))…

Hey! Thanks for watching mate. I think soy milk in general always curdles, he suggested Bon soy but I think it’s about the same as the others. I know that moma oat milk is gluten free so maybe try that?
@susanreid-en1fs8 ай бұрын
Many thanks Connor. I’ll try to source some moma Oat milk to try 😁

i can't get a job as a barista because nobody wants to have a student for 1 month. But I want to deal with coffee
@ConnorDoesCoffee8 ай бұрын
It’s pretty difficult to convince a place to hire you for only 1 month. If I were you (don’t tell the cafe I said this 👀) I would just say you were planning on working there for the foreseeable future. That way you can work for 3 weeks and get trained by the business then hand your notice in and leave.
@ConnorDoesCoffee8 ай бұрын
Not morally great but I think a big chain cafe can take the hit of training someone for a month

very interesting setup with the machine seemingly built under the countertop. Does it feel a lot more intimate with the customers being able to watch you? I almost like having the privacy of a big machine to block the guests view from me making their coffee and having them be surprised with a cool design lol.

why dont you fix the grinder time so you can always get 18gr instead of always adding/removing coffee? Pd. Love the videos, keep up the great work 👌

does these 0.1-0.2 grams of coffee really matters or is it just personal obsession
@cuddledog1428 ай бұрын
I own a cafe. It doesn’t matter, trust me.

Generally within 0.2g either side is acceptable, It just bothers me when it’s not 😅 when it gets really busy I will allow a little wiggle room for sure
