Absolutely insane photos!!! Hard to pick a favourite, I did a little gasp at nearly every single one of them. What a goldmine for gorgeous nightshots. Though just catching glimpses of the continued crowds had me feeling exhausted, it seemed well worth the trouble, for sure! (Also loved the background track of choice during your running sequence 😂)

Thank you thank you! Chongqing was definitely a highlight on my trip but yea the heat and number of people was certainly intense 😅 ridiculous photo spots though

Awesome video bro , i have a a6700 & seeing you use the tamron 17-70mm makes me feel really good about my purchase , i see alot of sigma 18-50mm videos but you utilize this lens alot and ive been getting some great pictures with my lens recently. It's a "do it" all Zoom lens that im glad i have in my kit! Also, it's not as heavy as people say it is! You have gained a sub! 📸😎

Thank you! Hope you’re enjoying the 6700? I’m VERY tempted to upgrade from my a6500 soon 👀 and also re tamron vs sigma 18-50; I really rely on the extra 20mm reach a lot and would defo find 50mm not tight enough - have a whole love letter video for the tamron where I make basically that point

Hongyadong is insane. I can feel the atmosphere, admitting you have to be there to experience it.

Bro your shots are insane! Perfect framing. I only miss the f-stop and iso values on the shots.

Thank you! And didn’t realise ppl found it useful - I’ll try adding it back!

@@JimmyShixin Would be cool! I think a lot of people are interested in it, because it helps determine what range and f-stop is capable of taking some shots (helps with determining what lens to combine with an APS-C sensor) Cheers from NL!

I'm still unsure between the Tamron and the Sigma. Although I like the extra reach, I feel like the size might attract unwanted attention as a tourist. How is your experience with that?
@JimmyShixin3 ай бұрын
Personally I don’t find the size of the tamron to be big enough for the attention issue you mentioned - think you’d need a telephoto like those white 70-200 for that kind of reaction Only thing is that sigma is significantly lighter than the tamron so if you wanna keep it light make sure to consider weight

Would you recommend this lens?

100% it’s my favourite! Have a dedicated video on the Tamron 17-70 too if you’re curious

It depends - I’d say yes but only if you LOVE low light photography, especially for portraits it’s great
