Brought up on a farm in the 60s and 70s the design of the cattle trucks was alot more open , used to laugh at the lights sometimes when cars would get to close and end up with $hit all over there bonnet and windscreen.

@@Truckersteve14 my first was a triple fatal 25 mtrs behind me when hitchhiking right in front of Irwin’s home on SH1 just south of Wayby Vally Road. Took me two years to get it out of my head 85% I use to run over that goat track at 3.5 mtrs wide all hours Had to reverse a large square baler back a kilometre once😂😂 By the time I got into a gate there were 20 odd cars and 7 trucks!
