The lack of turn speed in LoL probably makes this a lot more disorienting than it ought to be.

It's also due to the fact that the camera is where Pyke's head is facing, not where his eyes would be realistically be pointing. Even when you're shaking your head around, your eyes focusing on something and compensating for that movement is what keeps your field of vision stable and not looking like... whatever this is.

@@NotMirrors Yes, that's implicit to all these videos, but pyke tends to strafe back and forth when he's lining up his abilities during actual gameplay (zeds seem to point their heads towards their target by running at them or running away but you'll notice that pykes often turn back and forth during their q windup), creating a more disorienting video due to the aforementioned lack of turnspeed.
