I been on my Samurai shi as of late. Training Muay Thai and going to the gym, watched The Last Samurai last night, watching Shogun, playing Ghost of Tsushima, and reading Vagabond and finishing off the night with The Book of Five Rings. Life has never been more pleasant.

i was in japan in march 2023 . I also visited Himeji where you can find the locations of the movie. it was a unique and unforgettable emotion. I meditated and reflected a lot. “The perfect blossom is a rare thing. You could spend your entire life looking for one, and it would not be a wasted life.” are words said halfway through the film then Katsumoto finally reaches another awareness and says "They are all perfect". the mind is in constant search of perfection but whoever has understood, who has reached Zen, knows that everything is already perfect and we are who must surrender to the truth

@Kent Aarstad Can you please identify & timestamp a single track at least? I'm curious. I just listened to the OST and it doesn't sound anything like the instruments or rhythms used in the soundtrack, even if it is slowed down 800%+ Just exported this brought it up to 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x - sounds nothing like it at all, sounds more like a Johan Johansson soundtrack if anything. There's certainly no strings at all - unlike the Samurai OST.

@Kent Aarstad "I have a life and hobbies" Wow that's amazing, me too, but we're both arguing in KZbin comments ;) There's an 800% slowed version of the Samurai OST already on KZbin and it sounds nothing like this, and even if you're right, the fact it's "waaaay too much work" to even identify a single track in this mix just proves it's been transformed into something else entirely.
