I'm on the fence with speeding, I firmly believe the outer lane should be up to 100 for instance. I think it would be safer because there would be less need for constant lane changing. I would use it for sure. There is no excuse for doing more than 100. The fence part is that there should be stiffer penalties for tailgating and driving fast in poor conditions such as for, ice, rain etc.
