I have been so busy and going nonstop (with all FUN things, not even stressful stuff) and have been creating stress out of it instead of enjoying it. I'm becoming much more aware of the default of stress about things and how I do that from childhood, and this video was a perfect reset for me - from the mindset you talked about, to watching your outfits and how much fun you had, and not stressing. I'm about to go to a hotel stay in a forest town for my anniversary and my attitude totally changed after this video, which i'm so grateful for. Going to not stress and enjoy, knowing that life will make it work out for me!! Also loved the outfits and this makes me want to check out Nashville.
