If we focus on teaching youth to development right mind set, learn valuable skills, increase your income, spend less than you make and buy appreciating assets, it's impossible for an individual to be come wealthy. Its simple math. There are thousands of examples that show this to be true and Andre is just another example. Unfortunately, we have too many voices telling people why they can't and not enough people saying how you can. Great show David, Henry and Andre.

You know when you are listening to someone tell their story, and they reach a pivot point, and you can just feel the excitement building, then they proclaim that they hit one home run after another? Wind in my sails today, and tomorrow! Thank you! I am in the educational phase of real estate investing.

WOW! I admire Andre, because being that young and that mature to know exactly what he wanted and sacrificing until he started to make changes. I send U blessings Abdre, know that U r a example for pple like myself, who I am in the sacrificing step so in a future ( hopefully not far away ) I will start making long term results.

Great podcast fellas, and Andre, thanks man. I’m kind of in the middle of step 1 in a way. I’m working my butt off but can only get so far so I’m attempting to get in to a deal and get a small apartment house, but in the process I’m realizing that I have a lot of faults and areas where I fall way short and how I could’ve done things different, but I Guess really it is highlighting the faults so I can address them and get better. Anyway, thanks for the good content and congrats on your success

Am I the only one that feels 99% of Doors are closed for me because of my marriage and now new baby. I'm a fucking RE investing pro, been stuck on the slow train because of having to accomadate for someone else's job location and comfort. Being homeless and solo is an easier start, just change your mindset/priorities. Kids- Please don't get married till your career is rolling, no one will join your willingness to sacrifice in your pursuit of a career.
