I have a Forster press with dies in 308 , and my runout is always consistently less then .002 in. or less. But as you say, be consistent and precise as possible . Please keep in touch, I always enjoy your vids. Best of luck.Happy Holidays.

@chios1958 Hi Mate, I don't check concentricity. I use a Redding competition seating die for .308 and a Forster seating die for the 223. Both these dies are supposed to reduce runout. Cheers, Bob

@chios1958 Hi Mate, I have a custom 308. It's based on a Remington 700 short bolt action with a Sako stainless steel barrel & muzzle brake. The stock is a Macmillan A2 with a Parker Hale bipod. The scope rail is Nightforce with 20 MOA built in, the rings are also Nightforce. The scope is a mid-range 10x40 sniperscope with a mildot reticule. I've had a Timiny trigger fitted. I'm going to post a video on KZbin soon. Cheers Bob

@alfakrull777 Thanks for the comment. No I don't crimp the bullet. I mainly shoot long range target and single feed the round. I don't think I've used the magazines on my Remingtons so there is no issue regarding recoil setting the bullet back in the case. Cheers.

Do you ever check the concentricity of your rounds?
