I really enjoy the smell of baby powder. It reminds me of when my little girl was a baby and I find it comforting ❤I bought NR Poudree, and i find it just too sweet and honestly find it headache-inducing/ nauseating. Also! LOVE your shirt! It is gorgeous 😍

I love powdery perfumes! My absolute favorite are Dioramour, Guerlain Instant Magic, Guerlain Vol de Nuit, Goutal Etoile d'une Nuit, Van Cleef Bois d'iris, Dior New Look 1947, Zara MSK, Kayali Musk, Iris Dragees by Maison Lancome, so so many. Intimissimi also have good scents that are mostly powdery, not sure how long they last though

Hi Yana, I'm really enjoying your videos. How old is your baby? According to Bowlby's theory of attachment you should carry your baby around whenever he needs it for the first 9 months. It's important for him in order to learn perceiving the world as a secure place. After that you can try to distract his attention from you and leave the room every day a little bit longer.

When I was young (in the 1980s), I thought Avon’s Pearls and Lace was the best. Powdery but somehow not like baby powder. Then I moved onto Anais Anais by Cacharel. I haven’t thought about those two scents in decades! Good memories.

I can very much recommend the 2021 version of Kenzo Flower EDT. I still love the original Flower edp, but that one is stronger, and they are different! 2021 edt is softer -still powdery but also somehow more creamy. Soft enough to wear when you handle a baby, according to me... I bought a 30 ml last spring, when it was all new, and I just could not resist it! A soft favourite of mine - and since I just bought a 100 ml backup bottle, I can allow myself to let it be one of my "signatures". I don't see it being much commented at Fragrantica, so please everyone - go ahead and buy a lot of this, so they won't get the idea to discontinue it!! So lovely!!

Now is definitely the time to look out for new frags on that $20 SDM rack. Just had a discussion with the beauty manager at my local SDM today, and she informed me that at their store, once a fragrance on the regular rack gets discontinued, it immediately goes on that $20 rack regardless of the MSRP. Only happens once or twice a year, and it's in addition to the new stuff that they get in every season. Apparently, they're the only store in my city that does it, so it's always worth asking! They even do it for open box testers. 🤤

I also love powdery perfumes. My husband loves them on me too. Two that I really like, which I haven't heard you mention before, are: Bulgari Patchouli Tentation, and Penhaligons The Favourite. The Bulgari one is very powdery plus slightly medicinal patchouli. Sounds weird but it is beautiful. I actually wear this to the gym and it is wonderful and enjoyable. The Favourite is totally different - very pretty bottle. It is powdery and innocent and smells pink. It has violet in. Probably a more qualitative, niche take on Narcisco Poudree. A powdery cheapie that I can't get enough of at bedtime is the drugstore favourite Yardley English Lavender. On my sheets, pjs etc it is so comforting and relaxing.

Have you ever smelled Dorin Dorina Paris??? Its the ultimate feminine, freshie, powdery ans signature worthy fragrence i have ever smelled! Unfortunately, i live in the US, and cannot find it ANYWHERE except their website which is in euros (plus its not a cheap perfume 😢). I would love dupe recommendations, if you've ever smelled Dorina and know anything similar accessible in the US. This could totally be my signature scent 😍 😆 😄 Also, does the Valentino Poudre have as much sweetness as NR Poudre?

I live with my sister family because our house is so big, and I have two nieces. I notice my nieces had the same problem when they were infants but my sister and my parents just left them there to cry it off, put in some toys in the crib for them to play with or open the TV for them to watch, and that was all. It sounded cruel but it worked 💁🏻‍♂️

My baby was super attached for a while. Just recently though he's been obsessed with his dad, so now I'm jealous!! Started saying dada too and it's all he ever says all day. 😂😩 He will eventually outgrow it. If you can find toys that grab his interest, encourage him to play with those. Also, Ms Rachel (songsforlittles on KZbin) saves me every single day when I need to shower or get something done!

Aww your baby. How old is he ? Mine goes all koala on me when she is teething Advil and baby wearing allow me to get some stuff done She is not such a baby anymore (20 months old ) so buying a bunch of new activities/toys also do the trick at times

Enjoy the attachment now, it completely ends once they hit double digits and you have to beg them to spend time with you 😂 I think it makes them more confident knowing their mama is right there, so keep being the amazing mom you are being ❤

Baby separation anxiety tip: do not prolong it if you need to leave the house. Be out and gone fast. Don't carry your child all day long, the more you carry them, the more clingy they are. Let them be on the floor, or playing in the pen alone, but under supervision, so you can watch them.
