Nigel's passion translates in a lot of ways , the way he recognizes others with the same fire he has is extremely important . A lot of people doubt themselves and it's easy to forget why your doing something . Nigel is always telling the younger generations hey I see you and your doing great let's go skate , this is what will make skateboarding last for so many future generations . Nigels videos make me feel like im experiencing the session with my homies. Whats more, is Nigel creates this vibe and environment that allows the purity of skateboarding to shine. Skateboarding has become so much more than a thing we do, and NKA captures that in a really raw and authentic way that just drips with good vibes and overall positivity. the soul of skateboarding--as I have come to know it--is represented almost perfectly through his lens. Reconnecting with skating as I'm creeping towards 40 years old has been the single greatest blessing in my life these past two years and Nigel's Andy videos were a big part of me reconnecting to that magic. peace peace peace stay blessed and spread the love

Nigel deserves to go down as one of the all-time greats in skate culture, and I am sure he will. When I click on a KZbin video, I tend to click around, use the 5 second skip function constantly, and generally don't watch it all the way through. When it comes to Nigel's videos however, I am more than willing to stick around the entire length. Something about the raw nature of the sesh, or the true to life feeling of mundane conversations in between, makes me truly immersed into the vid. I have been using KZbin since it was released, even making a few goofy channels when I was younger (as I'm sure we all did), and I can honestly say that the giddy feeling I used to get when I was younger after seeing a new video from my favorite creator remains to this day when it comes to NKA, or even seeing an old favourite pop up on the recommended feed. True KZbin legend, and severely underrated when it comes to KZbin in general. Should have 10 million subs plus, easy.

This is pretty awesome. I've spent hours watching footage Nigel shot. It's amazing how many tricks and people this guy has filmed. He's definitely a huge part of skateboarding. And the fact that Powell has gone thru the effort to do something like this for a filmer shows how much they care for skateboarding. Keep it up Nigel and Powell.

Nigel and his videos back in 2016-17 really inspired me to get back into skating seriously and push it after a 7 year long haitus. This guy is a legend and the videos he made in that 2016-2019 time were some of the best skateboarding content to ever hit youtube. Carlos Lastra, Vinnie Banh, John Bradford, Orlando Garcia, Vincent Luevanos, John Getz, little children sessioning Hollywood 16... all amazing skaters I got to see thanks to Nigel. Those videos got me so motivated to go skate. Thank you Nigel for being such a blessing to the skateboarding community.

haven't been on a skateboard in almost 20 years but i really wanna try it again. didn't have any friends who skated and there was next to nothing on the internet in terms of instructional stuff (plus i was just kind of an awkward uncoordinated kid lol) so progression was extremely slow and difficult. but now that there's more tutorial stuff online than i could ever watch and i can come at it with the physicality of an adult body that's slightly less awkward, i kinda wanna see what i can do. nka's stuff is definitely among the skating content that inspired that want to give it another go
