With the new SMS feature coming soon can I send out multiple sms follow ups? For example an initial sms then another one in reminder 3 or 7 days if the client has not left a review?

Hey Geoffrey! With the new release of SMS review requests, follow-ups can now be done as a self-serve option. You can create your customized templates, and as a further iteration, we plan to build more scheduled follow-up functionality. Are you in the agency space?
