Did you have a video of the wiring how you got it to the 2ohm and settings on the amp to get the most amount of bass out of it ?

Each sub has 2 4ohm voice coils. 2 4ohm coils in parallel is 2 ohms. One hot and ground from each side of the sub. Put the hots together and put the grounds together for 2 ohms. The amp levels depend on your input levels from your source.

The sub is more around 600 rms and the amp pushes around that also. Those 2500 claims are just to sell the product it’s false advertising.

@GeorgeWashingtonknows the amps push around 700 arms at 14v. The older Gothic subs would hold 1kw all day but the newer Gothic will not. They go up in smoke on these amps now. Walmart cheaped out on the later revisions. Unless you live under a rock 🪨 everyone knows how cheap amp ratings go.

@@TrapMyRide The average person buying these power acoustic subs and amps from Walmart and slapping them in their vehicle ain’t seeing 700 watts not a chance. Dyno yes but in a vehicle nope. 12.4-12.6v not gonna see 700 unless it’s at 1ohm maybe. Doubtful tho. I’d like to see a dyno on that amp at 12.4 volts at 2ohm and 1ohm.

@@GeorgeWashingtonknows cars don't run at 12v man. When the cars running its 14v. The amps are not 1ohm stable and won't work long at 1 ohm.
