I've been reading Fr. Ripperger's book 'Dominion' and boy does it have so much information and amazing based Catholicism. This talk on authority is a whole chapter in the book and I'm not even half way through that chapter yet but everything he says here and more is in the book. I recently asked Our Lady of Sorrows what prayers I needed to say and I did a search for novenas. It just happened to be the first day of the novena of Our Lady of Good Success January 24th. Fr. Ripperger has a devotion to her. Praise the Lord for the Holy Spirit and Mother Mary guided me to this novena. I've been praying the rosary every day since just before the new year when I happened to find a few videos featuring Fr. Ripperger. May God bless him in his ministry and help him save many souls. I am praying for him in this fight of spiritual warfare and for my own intentions and especially the conversion of souls.

There is also a chaplet, called the Rosary of the Seven Sorrows, very similar to the traditional Rosary but with five sets of seven Hail Marys and special prayers between the groups of seven. Immaculee Ilibagiza, survivor of the Rwandan genocide, teaches this prayer.

I think it's important for everyone to listen to you whether they are Catholic or not because you speak the truth always about God and Satan which is particularly relevant to families in this day and age, so we as parents can bring the importance of God into the home in the most ordered and respectful way which will produce many graces from God upon our families and future generations as well 🙏.

@@JayRedding12_12 Oh, Fr. Ripperger has a lot of books on various subjects too that are more for study and not for prayer. So definitely worth checking out. On Jimmy Akin, I think he has some good Catholic content too, especially when he discusses Church history like in the book you are reading. But, I am generally little careful with his liturgical, moral or Catholic piety content because he also tends to have some modernist ideas too. So something that you might want to keep an eye out for as well if you read any of his books on those subjects.

This message really suits me today. I just found out that my mother was raised Catholic… something I had NO IDEA of because she basically dropped it completely and didn’t tell us kids. The only thing she told us every now and then was that Jesus died for our sins. My stepdad was southern baptist and sometimes we would go to his church. Not often. I’m 34 btw. Anyways we were not really raised with a moral compass but somehow I knew what would make God angry and what wouldn’t. And I have struggled for years with my identity and where I fit in in the world. People don’t realize how frustrating that is. I don’t understand why she didn’t tell us

One thing I wish people like Fr. Ripperger would do is speak to how us younger generations got here in terms of how bad we are morally and spiritually. I agree, we are floundering, but we didn't get here overnight nor did this begin with us. I hope older generations have an understanding about that and it was they, as a generation, that made us this way. Am I making an excuse? No, but if you wanna talk to the younger people you must also understand many were hung out to dry. For example my parents. Very loving and consider themselves Christians, but now they come to me about Catholicism with questions that are very VERY basic things. How is it that they raised me but I am teaching them the most foundational principles of our faith? That shouldn't be the case.

@suea.spaulding7401 Жыл бұрын
I'm glad in the Catechism of the Council Of Trent it is written that the marriage bound is unbreakable. The man I thought was my husband for 37 years really isn't my husband according to Holy Scriptures and The Council Of Trent. He was married before but got a annulment which I know now can not be valid since the Catholic Church hands them out like candy. I now live with my, "Not Husband" only under the same roof for the last five years. He is and has always been an unjust cruel man to me and our children. I can not even begin to express the joy I had when I found out that he really is still ( in the eyes of God) married to his first wife. After spending 37 years with him has made me realize I would never want to be married since so many men do not follow Jesus and are very abusive and cruel to their wife and children. I want to be only true to Jesus and only obey Jesus.

I remember when priests use to speak directly and precisely about the Word of God in Church sermons, like Fr Ripperger. However, most priests today, under Bergoglio, are afraid to preach the gospel, because Bergoglio and likeminded Cardinals, Bishops, or the Vatican will kick them out of the priesthood or remove them from public ministry. Unfortunately, theres countless examples. Another unfortunate reason: some woke or errant Catholic laity will complain to the bishop of a priest whom preached against any of the following: against bcp's, abortion, unholy same-sex unions ,LGBTXYZ and lifestyles transgenderism, fornication and adultery because of it hurt their feelings and accused of not being loving or compassionate or kind, or fill in the blank.

I blame what happened in the 60s, but alot of us were neglected on Catholic things. I don’t even want to know what happened to people after is millennials.. YIKES (I’d imagine 😱). I literally went to church like less than 5 times, before I took myself as an adult, being a cradle Catholic. This isn’t new? It’s part of the huge problem and people thinking you can “pick and choose” what to believe (ex: Confession).
