Hello, I take that back, I was able to get the flow to work. The issue I have now is that anu approval, regardless of the amount, it goes directly the person with the higher approval amount, any idea why is that happening? Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the video... But how does the extracting approvers work if the amount is 1500... It will still give you multiple approvers right? Based on the first logic (trigger amount is less than or equal to approval config amount) , it will extract both the line items is 2000 & 3000. Now based on second logic ( output from first ---- > config amount greater than or equal to trigger amount) it still gives the same 2000 n 3000 as answer... Am I missing something here? Please help.

Hi Satish I got two filters. First one is less than or equal to. Then I got second filter greater than or equal to. Have a look on those two filter action steps. Thanks

I am trying to build something similar by following your video but I get the below error while testing to get the email address/es as mentioned at around 11 minutes into the video. The 'from' property value in the 'select' action inputs is of type 'Object'. The value must be an array. Thank you

Hi Ajith, just came across an issue at the end. When I fill in the form it sends three emails first then one every minute even after approving or rejecting. Also, I need only the first approver to approve the transaction. Don't have a requirement to wait for everyone to approve/reject.

I am trying to add the aprroval history so my item on my main list will show the who approved the item. Is this possible by adding a variable.

In the "Attachments" field, add the dynamic content of the attachments you want to send. To add multiple attachments, simply select the "Add dynamic content" button and select the "Attachments" field of the "Get attachments" action that you need to add to the flow. I have done this process but it sends two email and every email contains only one attachment

Hi Please assist am getting this error to start the approval, is there a different expression I can use except item() Error below BadRequest. The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidApprovalCreateRequestAssignedToNoValidUsers'. Error Message: 'Required field 'assignedTo' contained no valid users in the organization'.

Hi, can create one video on how to send multiple attachment from one outlook email to another outlook email. Like I have received one outlook email which contain 2 attachments and I have to send that attachments to another outlook email.

Don't want to extract content/values just send as it is. So is there any way store this file in variable and use in another email.

You need to extract the content first.
