Is Power BI hard? Well, I learnt 100% of it online, via KZbin (yes your channel is the major help :) ) and Google. But it needs not a genius with programming knowledge, though a strong interest in statistics and some good knowledge in Excel does help.

Adding on to this, I was asked about DAX in details, like time intelligent functions, variables, implicit n explicit measures, then service part, data gathering etc .. depends on the level which candidate is applying for ... I really appreciate you for answering honestly the question about the power bi for beginners ..easy or not .. it requires time n practice ..

A question I was asked recently was, "What's the difference between a measure and a calculated column." It was a little tricky, but would love to hear your explanation!

On the data story question you should mention bookmarks and powerpoint integration as these are useful tools for telling data stories.

On the data storage questions I would give good marks to a candidate who could describe Sql Server Analysis Services and ite column oriented compression techniques and knew that PBI uses the same technology to store and query data. More marks on this point if someone knew that you can connect to this internal instance in desktop with tools like Dax studio. Even more marks for a description of import, live and direct query.

Hi I'm looking for a way to combine min and sum. I have a big table.with sales amount for every day and for different products. I want to sum the amount of sales by product by date and to find the date with minimum amound sold. For example for product A for the last month i have sales every day and on 10.10.2022 i have the least amoun of sales which is 3. I want to show in a table the least amound sold by date by product for every month from the beggining of 2016 until now.
