When I first found this video, some months ago, my OCD was peak, and honestly even this video didnt do much on calming it, and I had no hope, but here I am today, and I must say that I rarely get intrusive thoughts. It took work to get to the root of my fears, and heal and relax, but Its payed off, and I am so grateful. Dealing with OCD is so fcking hard and overwhelming, and it was so fcking hard to heal it, but it is possible. I just wanted to share this for anyone out there who is struggling with OCD. I hear you, I see you... I know. It is totally possible for you to be free of it. I know maybe this comment sounds just like those motivational quotes (sorry lol), but this is coming from my heart. Please be gentle with youself(at least as much as you can). It will be okay.

I have anxiety, depression and intrusive thoughts. As I'm sensitive, it unfortunately helps sensorimotor OCD as I'm too aware of physical sensation which shouldn't be noticed. I've been using this music since last week and it's helping. I'll use it regurlarly.

My father passed away on the 7th of July 2019. This music was playing in a resturant just after I saw a dragonfly at my car window. I believe its my father. He loved the mountains and trees. I miss him and I play this to soothe my thoughts and think of his memory and the fun we had camping in my youth. Love you dad.

So let us pray that they had received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior prior to their departure! As we know, the Bible is the ultimate authority, and God never told us to live for "good vibes" or "self-love," but to live for Jesus Christ and to have faith in Him alone! And I've ministered to so many people telling them that hell is real and not a joke or a myth. That is why it is never wise to play games with your eternal soul. Jesus says I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no man comes to the father but by me! And countless near death experiences have confirmed that fact. If they had not received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior while they were alive on earth, they immediately found themselves in the fires of hell! So we can only pray that at one point in their life they did repent and receive Christ as Lord and Savior. And these are words from the mouth of Jesus Christ! “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few." Matthew 7:13 We can all agree unanimously, that Jesus Christ never total lie! So with these eternal truths in mind, please repent this day and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior! He is the only way to be saved from the fires of hell! Jesus is Lord!

It was like that for me, 24/7 for half a year, but I've beaten it, and below, I'll share my guide about how to do the same thing. So first of all you need to know that thoughts are something that come no matter what, we can't control whether they will appear or not, but we can stop them in their tracks. I figured this method of stopping OCD thoughts myself, so basically what you need to do is whenever you'll get triggered with impulsive thoughts, you focus your mind on an image representing both distracting thoughts and your focus - for example it can be thought of a sphere (which represents focus) surrounded by red clouds (which represents negative thoughts). Now, what you'll need to do after imagining that is thinking about going from those red clouds inside this sphere, after that, you just focus on being inside of it, no other thought should come to your head. You do that for max. 30 seconds and after that, your thoughts most likely will be a lot calmer than they were (it was like that for me, I've definitely felt a difference). So now, what exactly are we doing here? Well, I'm not a doctor or anything, but from what I could've gathered, we are doing those few thing: 1.We are breaking our thought loop by focusing on something else 2.We are training our ability to focus (which yes, is a matter of skill and practice) 3.We are weakening our reaction to OCD thoughts (because now, we have some kind of "weapon" against them - therefore them coming to our heads is not that scary anymore, because we know, that we can get rid of them) 4.We are making our thought pattern different from before - what I mean by that, is that after some time, those thoughts won't even come to our heads anymore, because they become nothing of significance (With time) Now - I know that it may sound like it's just a recipe for creating your own compulsion, not a solution, but actually it is NOT a compulsion. Compulsion is something USELESS IN NATURE that we do, because we belive that it helps us (and in some way it does) - this however, is pretty much a focus excersise, and it actually does something more than just giving us this placebo effect. Because of that, we won't stick to it after our issue is gone.

When I am handwriting for my employment I noticed that this is where my ocd really kicks in. If a letter is too thick than all the rest, squished more than the rest, not straight I have to RIP the page and begin again. It may have happened when I was in primary school and a teacher did this to my work because I admitted I wasnt happy with it and never said that again. She just did it without warning. I still think I get shocked about it still to this day. I was going well with work last night until this morning I realised I am meant to be writing in past not present tense. Tried writing page 9 far too many times this morning hating my ocd. I started listening to this music I have tried so many others but so far this is the one that truly works for me I am alot calmer, not holding the pen as tight, i have gone back and looked at my work and I am finally happy and proud of myself now for the work that I have done. Neat, clean, presentable, and this is enough for someone who has ocd so if it's good enough for me with ocd then that's good enough for me, should be good enough for those without ocd too. Always remember too that no matter what anyone says you are good enough and If you dont truly believe this then at least be good enough for you. I have also started playing around with the affirmation while working "I am free from ocd'. Thanks for your help

I accept my OCD, intrusive thoughts, subconscious fears, spiritual awakening, energetic instability, mental illness, emotional illness, financial stress, poverty, and survival mode and I allow myself to intuitively calm, ground, die, awaken, upgrade, let go, move on, and heal without thinking about it, analyzing it, questioning it or interfering in the process 👽🧠🌈☘️🌸🌳☀️💀

Please try listening this having mindfulness meditation and deep breathing, simply practice of being still, paying attention to the body, and focusing on breathing. There are as many ways to meditate, breathing slowly and deeply, and counting the breaths, to meditations, such as Tai Chi, that use movements in addition to the meditative state and breathing techniques. is also beneficial. Some forms of meditation are performed while seated on the floor or chair, while others are performed lying on a mat or even standing. Regardless of which form is used, breathing is very important, and slow, deep deliberate breaths are the goal in controlling exhalation. As the person becomes more experienced in the meditative arts, breathing naturally slows down and the state of meditation is reached much more quickly. Try this methods at least for 15 days regularly while listening this music, if the situation is same then you might need to consult with doctors for medication. I wish this will bring you great pleasure, comfort, inner strength and healing on all levels as you go through your life. Thank you! 🌅 🌙 🌟 love n Light! 🙏

OCD is an interesting disease. At it's core its the fear of life, the search for the absolute truth of the universe and beyond. At least for Pure-O OCD I have had OCD all my life but i was also a very talented very curious mind. This Allowed me to experience OCD in its purest form. I am a pure-O and may the light be with you for the more darkness you feel the more light you can see. Remember that

@@Ashish-nd3xj That is a good question. I wish i had a solid awenser. However it hasn't been an easy journey, far from it, the dedication and willpower required are almost inhuman. I think the family line, being born with it and embracing pain much like bane from batman allowed me to not only to survive but thrive for most part of my life. That said i think my life would have been infinitely happier had i not been born with ocd. My best wishes.

If you are still struggling, below is my guide about how I've beaten my OCD pretty much withing a week.

Hyperawareness OCD has to be the worst manifestation of it. It's like OCD and psychosis overlap. I hear my own thoughts, which are not even my own voice. One sounds like a white female (I'm a black male), one sounds automated, one sounds like a bird, if birds spoke. Sometimes, quite often, the voices are going simultaneously, causing me to distort what's being said, in which case, I find myself either amused or horrified by the resulting interpretation. Ignoring it is a pipe. I am FORCED to make something intelligible out of the noise. External sounds magnify the confusion. At its worst , it feels like multiple people are talking in my head, vying for my attention to make an important point or offer a moralistic judgment (religion OCD), at the same time that I'm trying to think. I alternate between thinking religion is the problem and also the solution. Most times, I know it's an illusion. Other times, it's just too damn compelling. That's when the demon theory comes in. But if it's just my own body processes, I'm essentially demonizing myself. I'm on the brink of despair constantly.
