A little off topic, but amazed to see you change the implements by yourself. On my compound changing a tool with the BCS quick connect system is a 3 person job, and without the quick connect system is an 8 person job.

Surprising. I have no issue with doing it by my self. Keep the ptos lubed and cleaned.

Excellent explanation of the action and differences between the tiller and power harrow. Best I've seen. Thanks so much, Joel.

Could the tines on my BCS tiller be designed in a different way, making the BCS more effective in "no-till" applications? I see no-till growers using drill-powered "tilthers" and these tools bounce around like a mantis on heavy clay/silt soils. I would love to put the BCS to work incorporating cover crops if I could preserve the amazing tilth of the soil that has been created since I stopped tilling. I have two beautiful BCS tractors that sit collecting dust. These are marvelous pieces of engineering. Thanks for all the helpful content here. I always learn so much.

Can this be used for lets say 1 acre and 4-5 year old pasture for mulching with E.M and then sowing in grains ?

Wow that was a good explanation. When you get some snow you think you can demonstrate the snowblower? I saw the video where you set it up. I’ve been thinking about one of these for my small farm but it has to be able to handle the snow before I get rid of my ride on tractor. I live in northern Maine. One of my tractors has a 42 inch single stage snowblower run by a 15hp engine.

Sure...if we ever get any snow here in KY! (last year, we hardly got enough to break out a snow shovel)

Can the R2 be used to break new ground? As bad as tilling is, why would I need a Roto tiller if I use the R2?

Can the Power Harrow be used for weed control by adjusting the depth like the Tiller with TDS?

Yes, it certainly can.

Maybe a dumb question but BCS with PDR (operated throttled down low speed and 1 inch depth) pretty much does what tilther is doing - correct? Or any difference?
