Hi Laura - I work for a large company (50k+ users) and I'm on the IT team that supports Office 365. We've used Bookings for a couple of years to conduct "office hours", where we meet one-on-one with end users to answer any questions they have about Office 365. By using Bookings, we can gather some minimal info up front, to help make sure the end user's questions align with the right person on our team. We configure the bookings to only allow so many hours per week, which allows us to keep the office hours within a time "budget" and not overload our team. Anyway, wanted to share this other use case.

I haven’t successfully found how to easily mark staff as unbookable for a day if out unexpectedly. Also how to reassign an appointment to someone else. Do you have any guidance.

I am an end-user of Bookings (i.e. my org set up Bookings for individual employees to use with clients). Is there a way to see any analytics with respect to people visiting a calendar? For example, I want to see weekly or monthly how many people have visited my calendar URL?

Yes, your IT has access to it or whoever the organizations admnistrator for 365. Microsoft Bookings metrics and activity tracking is what you are looking for. But only admin has access to it.

is there a function that allows customers to only book beginning or end of the day, and also only allowed to book after or before an existing booking? Without this function i get a lot of people booking in the middle of the day, or maybe 1 hour after an existing booking, which creates alot of open slots which is annoying and money losing.

Probably when you are selecting the time ranges you'd like, you can pick that.

Good Day , best training online for MS Bookings. Am I able to attach a booking page to a MS Team, so that customers can book a meeting that is hosted in a Team general channel? Don't think that you got around to explaining that part.

Lots of good information, Thank you! I have 3 questions. 1)Are you able to search for a customers appointment by their name? 2)Is there a way to run reports, say quarterly, to see the number of appointments scheduled per sales person? 3)If each sales person has their own calendar is it possible to restrict them to viewing only their calendar??

Great questions, but I'm not sure about the reporting or searching. As far as the viewing of calendars, inherently each user is only going to have access to their own calendar.
