This is Pilates with mini bands as it should be! Slow and controlled with the mind body connection, I loved every minute and will be doing it soon again

I loved this one. I did this once before with really cheap x-heavy band I bought a while back, but I finally found my better quality ones recently I had lost, and could feel the difference with the better quality x-heavy one. I had to modify a bit, but I loved every minute of this one. The arms were definitely shaking near the end 👍

Amazing!!! I recently got fabric bands and they are sooo intense! Did you use a rubber or fabric one?

@@PilatesOnDemand I used the rubber ones. My better quality rubber ones I had misplaced but recently found them, in a spot I checked a couple times too but missed, so I had gotten low quality ones to hold me over at least. It’s great because my x-heavy one made my cheap quality x-heavy one feel like a light or medium one. I saw some fabric ones on Amazon the other day, I’m thinking about getting too. They looked pretty cool and might feel more comfortable than rubber ones

@@PilatesOnDemand I ended up getting the fabric resistance bands this week and redid this with the heavy one to feel the difference. You’re right, they’re more intense but they also feel more comfortable on the body in general compared to the rubber ones as they don’t bend and mess up when putting them on
