Power Quickness Herald | Benchmark 32,802 | 18th July Patch

I grinded a little more after discussing with Umbra about the bench and some tech ideas. A little optimisation and luck later and we have a new bench. If the extension from F2 is not needed for boons you can drop it entirely from the rotation and gain around 500 dps.
