Guy was handsome, kind, generous, and loved his community and fans. Respect and love to his family. What a complete loss. If people only understood the power of love in this world and that everyone and I mean everyone has a breaking point....No one is perfect. I just wish he would have stayed and thought it through. He was loved so.

If he loved them enough, he would have known taking his own life would have shattered many hearts around the world. Like she said, deleting yourself is never the way and never the answer. I dont know if Austin st John would agree but I for one definitely appreciate his dedication to the franchise. I enjoyed him coming back for Dino-Thunder and paying fan service with the Master Morpher. JDF always made himself available for the show and even independent fan films, which is amazing. Imagine doing a marvel superhero fan fic and Robert Downey Jr agree to have a few scenes in your own personal superhero story. Hollywood is a hard place to grow up and personalities will often clash but some actors do it for themselves, others do it for us, the fans. JDF got up every day and was always available to do something for us. He was trying to make it in MMA for himself but never left his fans behind. Always came back when you called, if you needed him. May the power protect you JDF

@@KarimJovian People have breaking points. What might you do If say half or more than half the people you have had many of your happiest memories with all died in the same year or same month. Would that break you to the point where even adoration of a million people online who admire you would that be enough to convince you to keep living? Perhaps you would, but to expect every super famous person to go through overwhelming stress and never break is not right.

that time? only the 2 game boy games i played back to back my girlfriend to. 4 or 5 times even the super nes game where you have to put a password in to unlock green was epic. scool brawls in the past and the teacher forbid people to watch the series because of that. 7 people beaded up everyone untill someone had enough of it. boom. never ever again the words power rangers was spoken. those people watched it then at home. and those people became my best friends and i have still contact with them. 1 of them was the first that says: yo the green one has died. i was like what? are you serious? yeah the person that blows on his sword to summon dragonzord in the series. and then it hit me. it was during curfew that we come together and watch all through mmpr and still do. that player was great no, epic.

For us who grew up on power rangers. Millennials. All of this hits in a weird way that I cant explain. Or expected. I feel this sense that we have to carry the torch. The torch of doing what's right in the face of hard truths. Having to protect and educate the generation coming after us, as their generation did for us. They entertained us. Made us laugh. Made us feel like we belonged. Taught us about friendship. Love. Loss. Unity. As we got older, we began to discover who we were. Where we fit into this parade that is life. We had ups and downs. Went into separate directions. And, for many of us, we forgot our purpose. We forgot we weren't alone. I won't forget, Susie Q, the lessons your generation shared with us. The sacrifices that it took to be in the public eye. To have the pressure of so many people looking to you all for the answers on where to belong. I'm sorry I didnt wake up sooner. I'm sorry I never said thank you. Jason, I won't say RIP. May you stay as wild as the wind. I hope you're living out your next life in the wildest fantasies that only a child can dream.

I remember that moment too. For me the finale of the green ranger 5-part saga as well as the "white light" episode were huge chapters in the story. No other television series at the time had me so hopelessly ensnared as my young self had never been that emotionally invested in the characters that the show brought before us. JDF played a really big part in my childhood since I looked up to him as the older brother I never had but always wanted to have, as well as the keeper of the green power coin, wielder of Saba, and even going on to become Zeo ranger 5. The guy had such an amazing run in the series and brought so much life energy to the show. He really did leave a lasting impression on all of us and was a true hero to fans everywhere. He will be missed greatly. 💚

Apparently, in a hotel, Jason got into a fight with his wife about the anniversary death of their daughter, shayla, who took her own life on NOV 19 2021. Her passing sparked the divorce, as well as accusations about Jason cheating, to which he has always denied. Tammy and Jason both were not in a good headspace anymore. They grieved in their own way, and this last fight was just too much. She left him alone, and Depression took over. Hearing Amy's words is where I am. I wish somebody, anybody, could have saved Jason David Frank the way he saved us as kids, and inspired us. Rest easy, Tommy. You are now forever a part of the Morphing Grid, and we shall never forget you. May the Power protect you in the next life. (' ')7 RIP Jason David Frank, the Green and White Ranger 1973-2022

From what I've heard, Mr. Frank was not only willing, but eager to engage with his fans. I never had the opportunity to meet him, but I know some people who had and they said he seemed more exited to meet his fans than they were to meet him. It's always good when celebrities know that it's the fans that make them famous. It's a sad loss for his friends, his family, his fans and the franchise to which he was the face for so long. Don't lament the time we won't have with those who have left; celebrate the time we had together.

I can speak from personal experience he was very much eager to engage and talk to his fans... really, he was just so excited to meet everyone, his booth made more noise than the rest of the con combined where I was at. The man was a kind, humble, gentle soul to his fans and I respect him for that. It's not easy to pack away life's burdens to be that inspiration for multiple generations of kids, but he did it and he always wore a smile on his face.

He was my first childhood hero. Taught me that there was no evil you could return from. Taught me that courage was more important than strength. Taught me that we all have power to make change. I owe so much to him, it's difficult for me to really fathom he is gone but I'm thankful he was ever here at all, because the world doesn't deserve souls like JDF, but he gave us his humanity and compassion anyway, and we are all better for it.

It’s so devastating! He was such an icon to so many of us kids who grew up in the 90’s. I can’t imagine how hard it must be for Amy Jo. Tommy and Kimberly were the Romeo and Juliet of the MMPR. Now she and the rest of the original cast have to mourn the loss another one of their cast mates. RIP Jason and RIP Thuy Trang (Trini the Yellow Ranger) 😢😢💚💛

I'm heartbroken. I didn't have much of a childhood and the Power Rangers, especially Jason and Amy, were my childhood heroes. I can't say that I know either of them but I love them both. I just wish I could have been there for Jason in his time of need like how his character was there for me as a kid. He really has helped so many of us. I'm just overwhelmed with sadness right now. It sucks when you can't tell someone that you appreciate them because you don't know them. I just wish there was something I could do about this. I hope in the next world I can be friends with Jason and Amy. I wouldn't let anything bad happen to them. Im crying in my car as I'm typing this.

If I could relive myself as a kid as I'd watch all those episodes again I'd do it all over. The level of excitement these guys brought to us kids when we were toddlers is unmatched. A time when there was no Internet or hundreds of TV channels, this was as good as it got. I mean the storylines were also insane. Looking at the photos of them dressed up, it is a legacy they created. I never realised as a kid that they were the original Power Rangers as I lost interest when newer versions were released & I got older. But I never forget.
