Just watched it yesterday. I love the story behind each of these characters and how they became a real power rangers. Well, its an origin story and I liked it how they did it. Nostalgia with a breath of fresh air.

The first Power Rangers movie was in '95, the last one was '97. They need better prepping for the answers. 1993 was when it premiered in North America.

except that turbo has almost all the rangers from the first movie. You do know mighty morphin was only dropped, movie and TV, to shorten the title when they added more words and not to make it a separate entity?

Okay let's see, 1993 was the year when Power Rangers's first season premiered. 1995 was the year the first Power Rangers movie came out after season 2. But the last Power Rangers movie was the forgettable Turbo movie that can match the equally forgettable Turbo season (season 5).

I truly believe In Space was more popular is because of the story. A much darker story than the campier seasons before it and after. In Space is definitely in the top five Power Rangers seasons of all time (arguably right in the top three).

I don't know about anyone else but i'm definitely team "Tommy/i should be a girl." Don't get me wrong i always thought JDF was amazing as the Green Ranger (as well as anyone who followed) i just think that it would be interesting to see a even 3 male, 3 female Ranger team in 2017. I just wonder, if that were to happen would they pursue the Tommy-Kimberly romance that was so iconic from the original show. I say this in acknowledgement of Trini thus far being the canon LGBT identifying Ranger.

I can't wait to see this movie to judge for myself. I don't like what I see from the trailer, it looks like a Hollywood executive had a checklist of things that they think young people like, heavy CG transformers looking robots, giant monster that doesnt look well thought out (is it melting? A pile of gold come go life?) and im sorry but they f*ked up Alpha 5..... This interview had so many loaded questions, it basically read like "how is it being super cool?" Or "how much fun did you have while doing something awesome" no one was there to ask objective questions or to talk about true fans who didnt give this movie a good reception. I mean, why not have Andre ask the obvious softball questions, and someone else who will ask questions that aren't so "favorable" to the movie..........also how do none of them swim? That girl said they all dont swim except for the red ranger...wtf?
