Being stronger than the Red one, all the core Senshi gets a power up that make the weakest of the core Senshi as strong as Sixth. Everyone has their own opinions on DIno Charge/Dino Super Charge. Apart from the DSC finale, majority of the fans enjoyed even Dino Super Charge. It was a vast improvement over Super Megaforce, and even did better than Super Ninja Steel. Unfortunately I don’t think so. Looks like everyone except for Riley and Shelby’s actors are appearing in person for Dino Charge. No one for Dino Thunder. And only Jason for Mighty Morphn. But I do think they’ll bring the other actors to voice dub.

I have bad news for you buddy... Only Austin St John returned and some of the Dino Charge actors too excluding Shelby and Riley but they had a few voice overs. None of the Dino Thunder actors and actresses came back, there's a few dialogue for them but I don't think it's from the original actors. Overall it was quite dissapointing in my opinion...
