Considering that you already have a magic carpet and a crystal ball Bruno I’m going with magic ( when did you get magic training from mystic force?) I enjoyed the video and your attempt at playing the NINJA STEEL theme song with a train and water glasses ( that you might have to replace now) that was funny. Seeing your green screen set up reminded me of that Corridor Crew video about sodium vapor lights and a polarized prism for cleaner compositing of video. Have y'all seen that, and if so what're your thoughts? It sounded really promising, though at this stage it looks like there isn't much if any support in editing suites for it, and god knows how getting a hold of the filters works!

We use that for various things, doesn't have to be green screen color, we cut it out either way. There are a bunch of things that usually have to be removed from stop motions.

I think it was b/c of how hot it was outside. Birds can overheat when it gets hot, and you'll see them panting like that. It's recommended to provide a birdbath for them to cool off in, and once I filled it again, it was very popular. I think that's the most of those birds I'd ever seen use it at once. They were previously sitting outside my office window on the bricks, panting.

It's definitely magic, so you're telling me that these are never aging people that make amazing work with their hands? I don't think so bucko. I bet they film all the " work " and when they yell cut they flick their wands and it all gets finished in an instant. Don't believe me, all people that do magic have Cats.

How about you can make a timeline video of the basement decoration like organizing some boxes of different P⚡️R seasons
@DividedAsOne5 ай бұрын
I'm not completely clear on what you're suggesting, but the basement doesn't need to be decorated, it needs expensive construction. You're seeing what we're working on in literally every single video. This video has the latest with the wall, which is the only decorating being done right now.

Hey bruno i see you use final cut. I was wondering if you had tips on saving space on computers. I delete caches and downloads but my only project i have is at 120 Gb when it used to around 400 gbs. The constant lag has been getting to me and nowhere near completion. Any tips?

I have mostly good things to say about FCPX, but the render size while working is such a pain. There are lots of FCP tutorials on turning off that real time rendering that sucks up all of your space so fast. I've never actually done it, but it's an option. I mostly love FCPX but it sure finds ways to keep creating giant files that you're not really sure what to do with.

You really need someone to get press ganged into actually tidying the basement and not "Lift cool thing, go 'Oh, cool thing!' And want to play with cool thing" 😂 that's all the help I'd be 😂

I wish it were just about cleaning. First we were supposed to do some water proofing, which is expensive, then finish the basement, including getting electricity into that area of the basement. Zero budget now to do much of anything down there. At the time we moved it looked like we'd be able to finish the basement within a year or so. When we bought the house the unfinished basement was a plus for us, b/c we could make it the way we wanted. Yada yada, things changed a year later, no finished basement for us. Also freezing down there in the winter, too cold to be working down there.

@@RedDiamond089 It's crazy how much some of these things cost. And then finding people who will charge a fair price and do good work. We've found some good people, and some very not-good people, and some scammers. At least the PR filming stuff isn't taking over the kitchen, front hall, dining room, living room, front porch, and backyard like in our old house. That's somethin' for sure. But originally we planned to have numerous stations set up in the basement thinking we'd be able to go bigger and turn out content MORE frequently w/o having to constantly turn the house upside down for every video. Long way off from that being a reality.
